Brief Answer:
If no hydronephrosis, no problem

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your query.

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.

I would like to know whether you can pass little out not. Or you feel that you have not completely emptied it.
I would have asked for ultrasound and if there was no sign of hydronephrosis, then I would have said not to worry about it.
The pain that you have mentioned can be due to Urinary tract infection, for that I wanted you to have a urine routine analysis to get better picture.

If the pain is slight, I would have waited for report and if pain is more than would have treated you with meftalspas taken twice daily for two days after food.

Yet , again I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.

Sincerely,
