Brief Answer:
Multivitamins will help quicker healing

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Augmentin is a good antibiotic and promotes treatment of cellulitis. I confirm that multivitamins and augmentin do not interact when taken together and are completely safe in cellulitis.

Eating a nutritionally rich diet with adequate calories and protein and a full range of vitamins and minerals, especially vitamins A, C, E, and zinc, has been reported to improve wound healing.

Added multivitamins will help in better healing. In recommended doses, the liver will not be affected.

MOTRIN is ibuprofen which is a pain killer and TYLENOL is acetaminophen which is given in fever as you already know.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Please find details below

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

As a pre diabetic he can take adult men's multivitamins if his build and body weight are normal. For diabetics, multivitamins containing minerals chromium and magnesium are of added benefit. These are FDA regulated preparations.
