Brief Answer: Hi and welcome to XXXXXXX Detailed Answer: Thanks for the query. There are reports about bad interactions when using these 2 drugs together in older patients or in those with liver and kidney diseases. It may increase the risk of bleeding, stomach ache or dizziness. However,in young and healthy people, such side effects are very rare and many people use it without any problems. If you need some painkiller then it would be more advisable to take paracetamol or low dosage of ibuprofenum (200mg daily). Of course,if you have any liver or kidney disease, you need to consult your doctor about any medicines that you are taking. Wish you good health. Feel free to ask. Regards
