I have gone through the details. Usually the diet should include rich in iron as common symptoms is anemia. So you can include lean meat, chickpeas, sweet potatoes and green leafy vegetables. Multiple myeloma also causes kidney disease in some people so you may have to cut down on salt, alcohol and adjust protein and fluid intake according to the kidney function. You have to eat less calcium rich food if the blood calcium is high.

Avoid raw/undercooked meat or eggs, to reduce risk of infection as the immune system is compromised.
