No contraindication,don't take without prescriptio

No there is no contraindication to use methylphenidate(concerta) with topiramte and escitalopram (cipralex)
But concerta itself cause many side effects and reactions. And this drug is sometime misused for elevating mood. So please take this medicines under medical supervision only.
