Question: every few months to few weeks I go through a period of time where I feel like I have these type of attacks where I feel like my throat is swollen with difficulty breathing and hard and fast heartbeat it's gotten so bad if ended up in the ER several times they have no idea what it can be and say it's anxiety attacks I truly believe it's not and don't know what to do

I have always had issues sleeping I do smoke 1 to 2 packs a week weight is 185 no issues with drinking or swallowing I'm on zubsolve 5.5 mg 1 and a half times a day and have been slowly backing off the meds the past few weeks 2 about one a day I'm usually pretty laid-back I'm not one to usually worry about things I haven't had any type of relapses in over 4 years I never drink alcohol I had Echo cardiogram done which was normal and also had a breathing test done in a pressurized chamber which was normal also
