Brief Answer:

Not proven as yet

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

There is a medical study being done in Australia, started in January of this year, that is trying to determine if these worms decrease the inflammation caused by diabetes.

The study is ongoing and results pending.

There was some suggestion before that the worms do decrease the inflammation related to diabetes but it has not been proven as yet.

It is possible that it may work for you but there are possible complications such as diarrhoea, weakness, loss of appetite, rash, abdominal pain.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
