Brief Answer:
Explained below...

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I understand your concern.

Multaq (dronedarone) is an anti-arrhythmic agent. I believe you are having atrial fibrillation since doctor prescribed multaq to you.
Usually, when having arrhythmia issues, patients are also prescribed an anti-clotting agent. If you are using any of them, then, gynostemma should not be used.

Berberine can be used in heart failure but have an undesirable side effect : increased heart beats, which is not good in your case.

Quercetin is found in many plants; it belongs to flavonoids group and so far no interaction has been shown between quercetin and multaq.

Hope this answers to your primary question.

Hi, I've had laser eye surgery (LASIK) surgery 3 weeks ago to correct my vision. I've finished the initial week-long course of prescribed anti-inflammatory & antibiotic drops. I have been using lubricating eye drops and lubricating eye gel for persistent dry eye. I was wondering whether I can use Murine drops which contain berberine 0.2mg as the active ingredient or whether this is unsafe for my eyes? It is all I could buy at the shop until the chemists open tomorrow.
