Brief Answer:

Tinnitus pulsatile, follow the advices below

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to pulsatile tinnitus.
The most common causes of this symptom are:

-High blood pressure
-conductive hearing loss that is a situation caused by inflammation of the middle ear.
-blood vessel diseases.
I suggest the following examinations to rule out the cause:
-a regular check up of the blood pressure
-a hearing test
-a test to examine the carotid arteries

Most of the time the tinnitus go away on its own and it is nothing problematic.

If it doesn't go away you should consider the examination that I mentioned before.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
