Hair can be regrown after falling, if it is not associated with any disease or injury.
Your doctor has given you a good combination of medications.
Use all of them.
With any type of hair treatment response can be seen only after 2 months, so dont worry start the treatment on daily basis and wait for result.

sir, really what is the purpose of those three medi.how those work? .will come any side effect?. And my front line hairs get shorter . Some of the hairs in front side disappear. Why it happen?. Is those medi will help to get my loosed hairs?.

I will explain you everything.
First of all you loose hair mainly in front because these hairs are dependent on hormone (testosterone).
Actually more than fall, the hair become thin and hence we see that the hair from front is going back.
Regarding medication.
1. Hair 4 u is minoxidil, It improves the blood supply to hair and increases its thickness.
2. The other two tablets are nutritional supplement. Vitamins are required for growth of hairs hence we give vitamins.
Dont worry, these medications will help.
Start using them.

Yes minoxidil will regrow your hair.
There will not be any side effect.
You may experience just little dryness.
You must use minoxidil daily.
stopping it will again cause hair fall within 6 months.

why minoxidil will not give permanent solution? . if i get my hair back , i want stop it. but should not affect my hairs.

Minoxidil is a vasodilator.
It dilates the blood vessel and increases the blood supply and nutrition to the hair follical.
Once you stop this the blood vessels again get constricted and so hair fall again begins.
Keep using it, it does not have any side effects. I have seen patients who are using it since 20 years.
Along with this you can take tab androanagen, one tab daily.
