YES.
" DIOXIN" which is a component of AGENT ORANGE is known to cause some patho-physiological changes (angi-endotheliomatosis) in the blood vessels in the femoral head & neck , thereby obstructing the blood flow to the femoral head and thus, causing AVASCULAR NECROSIS OF THE FEMORAL HEAD.

This is one of the reason as to why most of the AIRCRAFT CREW OF VIETNAM AIRLINES (C 123) which was coated with AGENT ORANGE are being diagnosed to have AVASCULAR NECROSIS OF THE FEMORAL HEAD.
IN SHORT THE ANSWER IS " YES"
