Question: Can Endometriosis cause hormonal imbalance
Can endometriosis cause hairloss, weight gain, acne, leg hip and back pain?
Can endometriosis cause anxiety and depression and mood swings?

No. Endometriosis does not cause this

Hello

I understand your concerns about endometriosis.

Endometriosis does not cause all these problems or hormonal imbalance. It is not even responsible for anxiety, depression, hair loss or acne etc...

Endometriosis is collection of menstrual blood in ovaries for a long time. This leads to pain abdomen and Infertility.

There is no need to worry about these problems you mentioned as arising out of endometriosis.

Im sorry but Endometriosis is when endometrial tissue grows on organs outside of the uterus and causes adhesions and sometimes causes organs to fuse together, I KNOW what it is as I was diagnosed with it in Oct of last year, but I was just wondering if it could cause the symptoms I am having.

You are right. Majority of endometriosis occurs in the ovary. Very minimum amount of it occurs in else where in the body.

None of these symptoms you have mentioned is related to endometriosis.
