Brief Answer:
Yes it can be due to elevated blood pressure.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Any of these things independently can be from a variety of causes, but together, I think he should have his blood pressure checked, as you are wondering about.

Dizziness, facial flushing, and nose bleeding can be from nasal/sinus congestion or irritation, such as from allergy or infection. But elevated blood pressure can also do this. Usually blood pressure is lower when one is resting and lying down.

If nasal or sinus symptoms and allergies do not apply to him, then it would be a good idea for him to go get his blood pressure checked. He can probably call his doctor's office's nurse and she/he will have hime come in just for her to check his blood pressure without a doctor's appointment. However, if he is still dizzy and feeling poorly, he should go in to an urgent care clinic instead so that he is seen now.

I hope this information helps.
