Brief Answer:
Various causes

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Uneasiness and vomiting can be due to prolonged travel , gatroenteritis or gastritis.
She can take emset tablet if there are further episodes of vomiting.
Gastritis can be there and can be controlled by antacids.
However, should get a examination done including blood pressure to confirm the cause, by an OBGYN specialist and further treatment should be taken accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

I am a chronic drinker with recent gastritis and am taking Ranitidine 150 to be able to continue drinking. I was diagnosed with gastritis a week ago and began the acid reducer 4 days ago with success. I just began having bloody stools this morning, what should I do about this? I cannot stop drinking as I have to socialize A LOT for my job and have anxiety issues as well as developed a reliance. I will take some days off this week, but I need to know if I'm in any danger if I continue drinking over the next two days.

I m 17 years old and I have been having stomach problems for a year and a half now. I go to a gastroenterologist now. I ve had blood work, xrays, and a biopsy done. I found out I have gastritis, a hiatal hernia and acid reflux. I started taking prevacid and staying away from acidic foods. I still got sick. I cut gluten out of my diet and it seemed to help (I was tested for celiac, and it was negative). I ve been gluten free for about 7 months now. I m still having diarhhea and occassional nausea. Is there anything else it could be besides gluten?
