Can child be vaccinated with Heptitis A which is optional?

Hello Doctor,

Can you please help me with this query.

My daughter is just 14 month old now.
In the list of vaccinations to be given to children there is a vaccination mentioned - Hepatitis A which is optional i.e. non mandatory.

I need your advise whether or not this vaccination is required / advisable or not.
