Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.

Fatigue is a symptom suggestive of many pathologies, so you do not have to think the worse.
It may be anemia, an underactive thyroid, chronic fatigue syndrome etc.

Apart from a detailed clinical examination, you need the below-mentioned exams:

-Full blood count and ferritin level
-ESR and protein C reactive
-Glucose level and HbA1c
-AST, ALT, GGT
-Urea and creatinine with Urine analysis
-Electrolytes
-TSH
-Vit D 25 OH

Please do not hesitate to attach the results. It'll be a pleasure to help you further.

Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
