Brief Answer:
Caffeine is stimulant

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Health care magic.

Caffeine is stimulant an do not have depressant properties in usual to high dosages unlike alcohol. This is the reason most people find it difficult to sleep after taking caffeine in one or other form.
