The Nexplanon is Etonorgestrel 68 mg and protects you for 3 years from the pregnancy. It is highly effective and fear of pregnancy should not concern you unless you are at the fag end of the protection.
The pregnancy tests detect beta hCG levels in serum and Nexplanon does not alter the results of pregnancy tests as such.
