Brief Answer:
It's possible

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.I think I may be able to help you.

The possibility of your child having this blood group was high. He has got the blood group B from you, and the+ from the father.

That is a perfect blood group.

However, I think I should warn you that you can get complications in your future pregnancy. This is due to the mismatch between the +/- between your and the baby's blood group.

You can discuss this with your gynecologist as soon as possible.
I hope that the information helps you.
Best of luck.
Dr Mittal.
