No anxiolytic is safe in pregnancy. All are in category C or D means proven risk.
I would not recommend any anxiolytic for you in such case scenario as for presentation sake you can't take risk of harming your baby.

Yes can cause.

Detailed Answer:
See, there is no definitive evidence that one time use would harm your baby or not.
However risk is certainly there.
I know people who used Inderal in pregnancy do long without any adverse effects.
I also know people who had to abort due to Inderal use in pregnancy.
So, there is no rule as things are variable.
So, I won't recommend you even one time use.
