sir asking you question is it really matters that whether we take medicine with brush or without brush or even taking more water with medicines (nearly two glass or more water) really matters, I take my medicine daily ,and take maximum of one and half glass of water for my daily dose of 4 tablets of Akurit 3,now for one week I took medicines with nearly two glass of water, this two glass of water will not make my medicine ineffective na , means if I drink more water it will not reduce the efficacy of tablets na

I can understand your concern.

Yes, you are right. Taking anti tubercular drugs before or after brushing teeth will not affect absorption or efficacy. So don't worry about it.

Taking less water (less than 100ml) will definitely hamper absorption. So you are doing right thing by taking more water with anti tubercular drugs.

So, don't think too much about this. You doing right thing so stop worrying.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further.
