Question: rash under left breast, in my hair, on face, on neck. loss of appetite. heartburn I had a tick bite a few weeks ago.

Tick bite usually cause fever with rash.
If you don't have fever then this rash might not be related to tick bite.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
