Can A Small Bump On Nipple Cause HIV?

Question: hey i went to a massage parlor and had a good massage but after massage we both had some kissing and i sucked her boobs for few minutes and i check her boobs twice by pressing and i dint saw any blood or milk coming out of them and there is no rash on them but what i noticed is some small bumps on her nipple and they are not secreting any blood or milk .DO i need to get tested .Its been 10 days

The massage parlor girl was not necessarily positive for HIV.
Even when we consider her positive for HIV, kissing and sucking the breast carries a negligible to nil risk for HIV. Wrinkles and nodular folds are normal in around nipple So nothing to worry. There is no indication for HIV test for you.

i have noticed there is no blood coming out or milk .and we had deep kissing .Is sucking boobs and deep kissing is consider as oral sex ? and can i be not worried about this

Deep kissing and sucking the breast are not oral sex activities. only orogenital contcat can be called as oral sex. No secretion from breast affirms you that you don't have any risk fo HIV. Deep kissing has negligible risk in that situation where the lady is HIV positive and she had any oral problems like ulcer, gingivitis or injury pertained to mouth. Otherwise you are safe.

no i dint see any blood in her mouth or ulcers .an i even checked her boobs today by pressing and i dint see any rash or any sores on it which are visible and even i tried to see does it bleeding or milking and there is no signs of them

Do not bother about the boobs . Forget about the same. Regarding the kissing, one can have a gum, buccal or throat problem which you could not recognize. Only a doctor can make out. Then there is a chance for saliva can contain particles of blood. But this could be a rarest possibility. Even then, the risk is negligible only as per CDC, XXXXXXX Nothing to worry.

HIV Qualitative RNA PCR is a highly reliable test. Available separately for HIV 1 and 2 infection. Though this test can detect the presence of an infection as early as 1 week onwards, it would be considered more conclusive by 3-4 weeks after the exposure. So I would like to recommend these tests 4 weeks after the incident, if you concern more.

Thanks for the answers .According to my knowledge i don't remember any blood or milk .If there is a chance of little blood am i vulnerable for infection .But was little bit worried

Thanks for the answers i am just worried about deep kissing since i dont know whether she said any cuts or ulcers in her mouth but i dint notice anything on her boobs and i even pressed and see and i dint notice any liquids or blood coming out so i was bit concern

Do not be too anxious. There is nothing serious.
Even with a breast feeding infants of a HIV positive women the HIV risk is 25-30 % only, not 100%. In the absence of any secretion from the breast, that too, whose HIV status unknown, the risk is almost nil. Saliva has no risk for HIV unless it is contaminated with blood. So you are safe. There is no meaning in worrying.
