Can A Pinched Nerve In Neck Cause Erection?

Question: Hi. My partner got a pinched nerve in his neck and it gave him erection. Can you please explain how this is possible?

I read carefully your query. A pinched nerve in neck doesn't cause an erection (or erection problems).
Symptoms of nerve compression in neck will be localized in upper part of the body (shoulders,arms ,hands).Symptoms may include burning pain,numbness etc.

There is no way that a pinched nerve in neck can cause an erection.

A pinched nerve in lower back can cause erectile dysfunction (difficulty to obtain an erection ) but not a spontaneous erection.
