Brief Answer:
Various treatment modalities

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Conception I'd a bit difficult in PCOS, however proper treatment can lead to conception and normal pregnancy.
The treatment for infertility in PCOS patients is stepwise, the next step to be followed when the previous one fails:
1. Ovulation induction
2. Intrauterine insemination
3. IVF
I will suggest you to consult an infertility specialist to get properly treated.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
