Brief Answer:
is this about the scoring of the tablet?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query..

But I can not understand what you are asking about?

Whether it is about the scoring of the tablet?

Usually plain drug is available with score line..like zolpidem 5 mg tablets are available without scoring line, but 10 mg tablets do have scoring line so that can be broken into two similar half dose..

While the controlled release preparations are not scored tablets, they can not be broken into two similar half dosage, because they are prepared with two different layer which releases drug at different time..

It is safe to take the drug if the packet or blisters are not broken and if it is not expired..

I hope this information will help you..if you have further query then feel free to ask.

Hi,

Thanks for writing again..

I just want to know the content of the tablet in the blister..
whether there is another drug written along with zolpidem tartarate or not? if it is only the zolpidem tartarate then you can take it safely.there is no harm..

I never came across any drug combination of zolpidem and this cipra zolpidem you are talking about..they are not available in the market also..

i hope this will be helpful to you..if you have further query feel free to ask..

Hi,

Thanks for writing again..you have really confused me..

Cipla has zolpidem tartarate under name of ZZZ 5 mg and 10 mg..

10 mg tablet has underscore to cut it into half..

So, you can take it safely, just read the expiry date of the drug..

I hope this will suffice..best of luck..
