Past few months I noticed pain in my legs,in shin area, after sleeping. is it preliminary stage of Diabetic neuropathy or some thing else

Yes, do continue. Its helping.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Even though there is a bit overlap in both medication, there are not side effects of both.
2. Yes, you can continue taking both of them until you want. No adverse reactions.
3. neuropathy in diabetes is usually in the periphery. Initially it could present in the nights. Later on, you can develop numbness.
4. Make sure, your sugar control is within normal limits. Get your HbA1C levels checked every three months, to know your sugar control.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
