Brief Answer:
Binge eating or other compulsive disorders

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You have a problem with Binge eating which is a form of compulsive disorder. The vyvanse is not indicated for this disorder. The vyvanse is used for ADHD and because it has stimulant medication it can cause loss of appetite. But I would not recommend you use this for the loss of appetite. To help with compulsive disorders I recommend medications in the SSRIs class of drugs. These are antidepressants and known as prozac, celexa and paxil. They do more for helping with compulsions that the vyvanse. Also with the medication I recommend participating in cognitive behavioral therapy. This is a type of behavioral modification that will help control your thoughts and make you less dependent on medication to control your compulsions

In summary
1. Binge eating is a compulsion disorder
2. treatment with SSRIs prozac, celexa or paxil
3. Avoid vyvanse
4. Start cognitive behavioral therapy
