Brief Answer:
Can inform manager

Detailed Answer:
hi dear, yes everything usually stays fine if anomaly scan is normal so you can inform your manager about the good report.
Less frequently but sometimes there are new problems which can occur with advancing pregnancy like blood pressure, diabetes and poor growth of baby which cannot be predicted
So all the best and wish you a healthy pregnancy ahead

Brief Answer:
Between 18-22 weeks

Detailed Answer:
I understand your feelings and this is one of the best to feel your child making movements inside you.
It usually starts between 18-22 weeks and can be a little mild in first time pregnant patients especially those with anterior placenta but nothing to worry usually if you start feeling them a little late
