Question: hi doctor iam 3 wks pregnent and i dont want to baby now. I want to use unwanted kit by mankind please suggest me how to take that pills and i and get me the detailed time frame of each pill. pls...

Thanks for the query for HCM,
Ideally you should first get a ultrasound pelvis to localise the pregnancy and check if its intrauterine or not, then you should undertake the pill only then. I would not recommend attempting medical termination without ultrasound and without gynecologist supervision.
Generally, the unwanted can be taken follows :-
1. Tab mifepristone 200 mg stat and then,
2. after 36 hrs all 4 tab misoprostol 200mg each stat . then you should wait for the bleeding to initiate.
You should keep the gynecologist in loop as there is likelihood of excess bleeding during the process.
So better be safe.

i was taken the pill yesterday 11.30 PM, and when ll i take the 2nd course. can i take it 11.30 AM and the 3 rd course is at by today 11.30PM please be confirm me whether can i take it today or today at 11.30 AM and 11.30 PM the remaining courses.

In general there should be a gap of atleast 36 hrs between the 1st (mifepristone) and 2nd (misoprostol) dose and then 12 hrs between 2nd and 3rd (misoprostol) dose. However I strongly recommend an ultrasonological confirmation of location of pregnancy at the same time. Its very important.
I will urge you to visit your gynecologist. Discuss about getting ultrasound scan and proceed further.
