Brief Answer:
Drink much water often!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
UTI is the most common reason why elders can become disoriented. Unfortunately, it is more common as we age. The best approach is to drink much water to evacuate urine often. Others have suggested cranberry juice which I think it s okay. However, we may consider antibiotics prophylaxis if you have repeated episodes that are close to each other.
Never mind about the typing and spellings. Am happy to see you at this age being able to live up to all this demanding technology and communication advances.
I wish you a speedy recovery and always available to address any further worries that you may have.
