Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are diagnosed with Central serous retinopathy and you want to ask whether you can use steroid topical solution.
Steroids are one of those drugs which are strongly associated with central serous retinopathy.
Steroids in any form including tablets, injections, drops, creams should not be used as these may further worsen the central serous retinopathy.
Infact one of the modes of treatment for central serous retinopathy is to stop the use of steorids. The condition usually resolves by 1-3 months and if it does not resolve then laser treatment can be done.

Hence I advice you not to use steroids not to use in any form till the central serous retinopathy improves.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
With regards
