Thank you Doctor Myaka :) Great help. Just one last query, at present my wife has common cold. Will it be fine to take this XXXXXXX now ? or shall we wait for the cough and cold to go first. Also, how to deal with cough and cold during pregnancy ?

Tidilan is not given in asthamatics.
For cold and cough during pregnancy she can take simple paracetamol with decongestants like Tab.cold n flu 3 times a day for 3 or 4 days.
And for cough Benadryl syrup. This syrup is available in two types like one for dry cough and other productive cough. So you can choose depending on the need.
If the cough persists more than a week and producing yellow or greenish sputum then she might need a course of antibiotics.
Prefer warm water for drinking till cold subsides.
And do salt water gargling thrice a day for 3 days.
Mostly common cold subsides in a week.
