Brief Answer:
2 of them may be reduced.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
The medications you are taking need to control the blood pressure, to lower the lipids and prevent blood coagulation.
Temazepam and famotidin may be used for a period of time (1 month).
If you want to reduce them it can be done only by your treating physician depending on your blood pressure and other parameters.
Regarding to your throat symptoms, a viral infection is possible.
If it lasts more than 3-5 days probably an antibiotic is needed.
Happy to hear that your Diabetes is well controlled.
Wishing you good health,
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
