Brief Answer:
cold and nausea

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question on HealthcareMagic,

I do understand your pain and discomforts,

As per your question is concerned, you can take Sinarest without any side effects (regarding your baby) as no FDA warning exists on this aspect. You can also do few natural remedies at home which can avoid unnecessary medications-

1) For cold-Pour boiling water in a big bowl. Add 3 or 4 drops of any essential oil of your choice like eucalyptus, peppermint, XXXXXXX or tea tree oil. Cover your head with a towel and lean carefully over the bowl. Deeply inhale the steam for 5 to 10 minutes, then blow your nose thoroughly.

2) Nausea- Put a few drops of peppermint essential oil on a handkerchief and inhale the smell whenever you have a bout of nausea.

Hope that helps

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your follow up question,

As per your question, it is due to physiological process and nothing to be apprehensive for mother and child you can discuss with your physician to integrate [DOXYLAMINE+PYRIDOXINE] at bed time.

Drink plenty of fluid after each vomit. If required you can take any [ORS]solution and you can prepare it like this-: Integrate ½ teaspoon of salt and 6 teaspoons of sugar to 4 cups of water. Stir exhaustively until the salt and sugar dissolve exhaustively. Drink this homemade ORS after each vomit an abundance of times a day. Eat small meals but frequently up to 20th weeks and it will go away after it.

So nothing to be apprehensive at all

Hope this helps,
Regards
