Question: I am taking ecosprin 75mg and rozavel 10 mg. Can I replace it with Rozavel A (which contains 10 mg Rosuvastain and 75 mg asprin)

Yes, the content of both is same and you may take rosavel A, as is contains both aspirin 75 mg (same at ecosprin) and rosuvastatin 10mg.

However important to note here is you should take Rosaval A at night before going to sleep, as the action of rosuvastatin is best needed during sleeping hours while the action of aspirin lasts for 24 hours and can be taken at anytime of the .
