Can Roxid And Azithral Be Taken Together?

Question: I am having throat pain . Based on recommendation of doctor last time, I started taking Roxid 150 , 2 times a day . I have taken 3 tablets till now . Today when I met him , this time he told me to take azythral 500 mg once a day . Is there a difference between the two and having started taking roxid , is it better that I continue with it ?
