Can Roaccutane, Glucophage and Diane 35 be taken together?

Question: Is it okay for me to start taking Roaccutane and Glucophage and Diane (birth control pills) all at once?
I have bad skin conditions and my period is irregular due to hormonal imbalances (I have polycystic ovaries but very minor)
My plan was to take the Roaccutane after lunch then take the Glucophage a few hours (3 hours) later then take the birth control pill before going to bed.
This is what my dermatologist recommended and my gynecologist agrees on me taking the Roaccutane with the birth control pills. (But not sure about the Glucophage)
Is this okay?

Brief Answer:
Yes,you can take.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Yes,you can take all the medicines together.
As reaccutane cause increased blood sugar levels, you can take glucophage to regulate your menses.
But you should not get pregnant during when you we're on this drug.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck.
