Brief Answer:
most probably urethral trauma v/s calculus

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for getting back with the answers. I have gone through them. There are two possibilities in your case. First, trauma to urethra after sex. Second, stone in kidney or ureter. I would suggest you to once visit hospital to get an ultrasound KUB done. It will confirm the status of kidneys, ureter & urinary bladder. Once it has been cleared then trauma could be dealt. You can discuss the ultrasound report with me OR take it to a urologist for discussion & further management. Meanwhile:

- take adequate fluids including fresh juices & water.
- take very good care of personal hygiene
- avoid sex till you become healthy again

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
