Brief Answer:
add bromocriptine

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam thanks for trusting health care magic.
Yes you are right it definitely increases prolactin levels and the levels are also typically suggestive of drug induced increase.
There is no need to stop the medicine.
Just add tablet bromocriptine 0.25 mg twice a week for 3 months and levels will normalize.
Deleting the drug can precipitate mood swing so its better to add bromocriptine.

Brief Answer:
fibroadenoma

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mrs XXXXXXX no this pain is not related to these medicines.
Rather in my opinion it is because of the fibroadenoma you had which might be increasing in size and thus affecting nearby soft tissue resulting in pain.
You should ideally visit a surgeon and get it assessed.

Brief Answer:
cancerous growth

Detailed Answer:
Hi, in that case it is even more important to visit a surgeon because then that can be a new growth and because you have had infertility treatments in past it is a high risk factor for breast cancer.

But don't be anxious about it as it is just a probability and can be dealt easily.
Wish you all the best.

It is not. New growth coz as I told u it was happening even before the infertility treatment and more like muscle pain.
Do cancerous pain last more than a year?

Brief Answer:
surgeon check up is a must

Detailed Answer:
But breast per se has no muscle dear.
Muscles are present below the breast tissue called as pectoral girdle and it usually pains when some infection or cancerous growth of breast involves the muscle.
Or in case of muscle building exercises which boys do for body building which is not the case so best is to get it examined first and in case no lump is found then a mammogram.
In case both of these are normal then we can sit relieved and our prime concern will be pain and discomfort.
For that I will suggest you a course of antibiotic along with antiinflammatory drugs for full 5 days.
I hope after these medicines you will be relieved.
But it is always better to walk safe and get a thorough checkup with a surgeon followed by a mammogram.
Take care.
