Brief Answer:
Not recommended

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
It is not recommended to take appetite suppressants, either in tablet or powder form while planning pregnancy.
Obicure is an appetite suppressant and should be avoided while planning conception as if one conceives taking it , then it may harm the fetus as the exact effect of this drug on the fetus is not known.
It is better to do exercise, jogging, yoga and diet modification to reduce the weight.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
