Question: I am 29 year old lady with 2 kids .
I got my thyroid test today and it was positive . I want to reduce my weight .
I am 75 kg and my height is 5 ft 2 inches.
Can I use nutrilite WOW to reduce my weight ?

They are short term answers and may harm.I would rather you lost about 19 kg naturally even if it takes time and more effort with lifestyle changes. Go on a strict diet--no red meat, fried, sugar, sweets, bakery, processed, high salted, outside snacks, white rice, maida. Plenty of sprouts, greens, cooked vegetables, sprouts, pulses. Whole wheat, bajri, brown rice, Jowari, nacchni.
WALK as much as you can--increasing to level of tolerance--5-10 km a day till you reach Ideal weight. And then MAINTAIN. I know it is not easy but several of my patients have done it and so can you--regards
