Brief Answer:
Hormonal disturbances should be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Delay in the periods can be due to pregnancy or hormonal disturbance like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactinemia or polycystic ovarian disease.
If the urine pregnancy test is negative, then the pregnancy is ruled out.
Antibiotics do not effect on the menstrual cycle.
Hormone levels of thyroid and prolactin, and an ultrasound should be done to confirm the diagnosis and further treatment should be done accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Folvite should be continued

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
The folvite should be continued in preconceptional period and in first three months of pregnancy.
Hormonal disturbance can also lead to difficulty in pregnancy.
So, it is better to confirm the diagnosis and then get appropriate treatment.
It will help in conception.

Brief Answer:
Throughout lifetime

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Usually the thyroid medication continues through out life.
If the TSH levels are normalised after taking thyroid hormone replacement therapy, then there are high chances of pregnancy.
