Can Nexium, Dilantin, Citalopram, Vistaril, Xanax And Seroquel Be Taken Together?

Question: I am on Dilantin,xanex,diclofenac nexium,celexa,vistaril,vitamin in the morning. And at night seraquel,diclofenac,baclafin,valium and xanex at night. I need to know if any of these meds don't mix?

Nexium can increase blood levels of dilantin and citalopram. Dose adjustments may be needed. This can increase the side effects of either drug.

vistaril, xanax, seroquel and valium can have additive sedative effects. Avoid heavy machinery work and driving with these drugs.

Citalopram and diclofenac have pharmacodynamic synergism and increase the risk of upper GI bleeding. Take the two drugs together only if absolutely necessary.
