Brief Answer:
Can take Mobic, get your tramadol prescription asap.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns.

You are out of your tramadol.
Mobic (meloxicam) is a nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug. It is a non-narcotic drug.

You can take it. But as there is always a risk of withdrawal when a narcotic is suddenly stopped, it would be better for you to get your tramadol prescription asap.

Mobic will help to reduce the intensity of pain, but its not as strong a pain-killer as tramadol. However, there would be no risk if interaction between the two, if you are worried about that.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
