Brief Answer:
Yes risk increases with combination

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from Health Care Magic

The medicines that are given are Lithium Carbonate 600, Gabapentin 900, Benzotropn 1 mg, Qutiapine 600, Carbamazepine 600 and Perphenazine 12 mg.

Sleep walking is a type of parasomnia that is seen in NREM (non rapid eye movement) sleep.

Out of these drugs lithium carbonate, qutiapine and perphenazine are known to increase the risk of sleep walking as per numerous case reports and studies. Using combination with high doses further increased the risk of somnambulism or sleep walking. Risk is a little high with lithium and perphenazine

Thanks, this is a opinion based on various clinical studies and experience of my patients. Consult your psychiatrist before changing any medicine please.
