Question: Hello,
I am considering the use of L - ARGININE amino acid, but I have some questions.

Is it safe to take with 5-htp, L-tyrosine, Phenylalanine or alcohol?
What is it good for?
Does it boost HGH?
Does it increase sexual performance and erections?
Does it alter your mental state like the above do?
Any other natural amino acids you might also recommend to my mix for:
Increasing sexual stamina, weight loss, muscle increase, better mental performance, increased happiness, good sleep that can be mixed safely with above mentioned.

The only health issue I have is local slow vitiligo

Brief Answer:
Amino acids

Detailed Answer:
1 L-Arginine or for that matter any amino acid is not recommended by medical experts for the reasons you have presented above.

To my knowledge, there are no published studies in credible world medical literature that demonstrate any of the benefits listed above. I am not aware of any evidence that has proven whether l-Arginine can be safely taken with 5-htp, L-tyrosine, Phenylalanine or alcohol.

2 It has not been shown to improve Growth hormone(GH) in humans although it is used by hormone specialists ('endocrinologists') to test for GH deficiency.

3 It has not been shown in authentic scientific studies to enhance sexual performance or erections

4 There is no definitive evidence for it's effect on mental state

5 Any other natural amino acids are not recommended for any of the purposes mentioned above

6 Protein supplements in general have been shown to increase muscle mass. As meal replacements, protein shakes or similar substitutes are effective in losing weight.
