Yes

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Cephalexin is an antibiotic, branded as Keflex and is good to use for sinus infection. It should be used with correct dose and frequency under the medical supervision of a doctor. The usual dose is 200mg twice a day that we prescribe if not contraindicated.

I have 20 500mg tablets. Would 1 a day make sense for 10 days, or 2 a day for 7?

FYI i am in good health, recently had full physical, all normal results. I weigh230lbs

Brief Answer:
Dosage of Cephalexin

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The dose is 500 mg three to four times a day as you are healthy otherwise. But do you require the antibiotic at all is the question.
