Brief Answer:
yes,they are safe.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

I have read your query and reviewed the attachments.

Yes,you may use olfoxacin with ornidazole and loperamide without any problem to cure amobeiasis and bacterial diarrhea.

Ofloacin is a sensitive as per your stool culture/sensitivity report and will take care of bacterial infection.

But I would like to say that Amebiasis is caused by parasite called as entambea histolytica.

The medicine ornidazole is effective in killing only the trophozoites of E histolytica hence the parasites are not eradicated because the cyst forms of E histolytica are resistant to ornidazole and hence not killed.

To kill the cysts of E histolytica (as per your stool report) another antibiotic Diloxanide furoate (brand name: Damizole) or Iodoquinol should be taken three times daily for 10 days and this will ensure the total eradication of the infection. Thus it will prevent relapse.

You may consult gastro-enterologist who will know about it and may prescribe you that.

Hope this will help you.

Regards,
