Brief Answer:
Yes you can, but better consult your pharmacist

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking!
Estroven is a product claimed to be natural in its origin and The two major dietary ingredients used by the Estroven brand are clinically proven soy isoflavones and/or Black Cohosh, since these address the most common menopausal symptoms: hot flashes and night sweats.*

Here is more detailed information on the origins of active ingredients used in Estroven products.

Standardized black cohosh
Soy isoflavones
Magnolia Bark
Melatonin
Ginko Biloba and L-theanine
B Vitamins
Synetrim® CQ

None of them above look interacting with TIA to me but consult your pharmacist for its adverse effects and contraindications for safety. You can Call your doctor for medical advice about side effects. You may report side effects to FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088.
Rest assured a product having some natural ingredients are not going to affect TIA Unless have some strong vasomotor effects to result in spasm of vessels which these ingredients are least likely to cause.
I hope it helps. Take good care and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Better stop using it,

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking!
After doing some research of the drug i have come to known that many reports of contraindications have been mentioned in journals about the drugs interactions and blood thinners due to its ingredients and many were found the medicine did not claimed to have in it including active estrogen analogues which are not allowed with TIA.
The TIA is usually contraindication for any estrogen analogue to prevent complications , now this herbal supplement for estrovert might have active ingredient of estrogen analogues, and i personally would say to stop using it in TIA. any hormonal replacement therapy is not indicated in TIA.
And if ever needed the hormone replacement that is done under strict monitoring with specific combinations different than usual ones.
Melatonin. gingko biloba and willow bark / mangolian bark are not suggested with blood thinners as they potentiate effect by potentiating their effect by a mechanism called pharmacodynamic synergism and that may lead to too much anticoagulation and bleeding tendencies. Dose readjustment with strict eye on bleeding profile would be needed.
Nut shell, the makers of the drug themselves dont know what else is the ingredient of it other wise they would have made it in pure form. Most of the homeopathic medicines have placebo effects. I am not saying that does not help but considering your TIA its better to be on the safer road of not using it due to possible presence of estrogen analogues in it and interactions of its ingredients with blood thinners. I personally dont recommend such herbal supplements whose ingredients are ambiguity and made in china herbs. You know what they say about made in china...
Get to a gynecologist if the symptoms persist. For a solid and ultimate order of whether using it or not, call FDA number i provided and ask them about their recent recommendations for its use in TIA.
I hope it helps. Don't forget to close the discussion please.
